3. Shopping List Pricing & Product Availability Disclaimer

- Prices displayed on the shopping list are estimates based on market averages for the selected supermarket. These prices are not live updates and may vary at the time of purchase. Meal Genie does not scrape supermarket websites for real-time pricing and is not responsible for any discrepancies between estimated and actual prices at checkout.

- Meal Genie is not responsible for the availability of any specific products at the chosen supermarket. While we aim to provide accurate and helpful recommendations, stock levels fluctuate, and we cannot guarantee that all suggested ingredients will be available at the user's preferred store so it is the user's responsibility to find sensible alternatives.

4. User Responsibilities & Dietary Considerations

- Meal Genie takes into account food preferences and dietary restrictions provided by users; however, it remains the user's sole responsibility to review all purchased items for allergens, dietary suitability, and any other health related concerns.

- Users agree to use Meal Genie at their own risk and acknowledge that external factors (such as supermarket pricing changes and product availability) are beyond our control.
